Is Cascade Estates an adult's only park?

We are a community for active adults 55 and over.

What is the difference between a manufactured home, a modular home and a mobile home?

A manufactured home is built entirely in a factory and then transported to the site. A modular home is built in sections in a factory and then assembled on site. A mobile home features a steel chassis and would be fitted with wheels used in the transportation and set up process.

Are pets allowed in the park?

Cascade Estates is a pet friendly community. Furry and feathered friends are welcome and pets will feel right at home here. Our green belt walkways feature stations with pet waste collection bags for resident convenience. For more information on the pet policy contact the park manager with any questions.

What about public transportation?

Tuolumne County Transit has daily fixed routes as well as Dial a ride throughout the county. Visit their website for schedules and more information here.
